Our mission during the summer months is to provide a space for heat relief while building community through the sharing of community resources, meals, water, and ourselves in a place of being, belonging, and becoming.
While we recognize that we will use a lot of plastic in our distribution of water we want to ensure that we recycle all of it. Additionally, beyond just recycling we will make an effort to reduce food waste to a minimum. We can do that by being creative with our menus and conscious of our serving sizes (one can always come back for seconds). If you see areas we could improve, your suggestions are welcome.
