After several months of sparse attendance at our monthly Ministry Night meetings, the Grace council pondered the best way to provide a venue for 1) transparency 2) idea-sharing and 3) ministry team reports. As a result, we cordially invite you to…Quarterly Pizza & Ministry Nights!
During the month of January, we gather for our annual meeting, usually on the 4th or 5th Sunday of January after one worship service, so we will not have a Quarterly Pizza & Ministry Night in January. However, we will hold a Quarterly Pizza & Ministry Night on the second Tuesdays of April, July, and October. At 6:00-6:30 pm, we will offer pizza and beverages in the North Room followed by minis-try sharing in the sanctuary at 6:30 pm.
Ministry teams will continue to meet as often as they deem necessary. Please be in touch with ministry team chairpeople for information about team meeting times and locations.
