Harvest Brunch on Sunday, January 12 @ 9:45 am

Last year, True North gifted us the Garden of Grace on the south side of our property. Flowers and vegetable plants create a labyrinth, a venue for prayer. Agave Farms, a local landscaping company, installed the garden, and they are passionate not only about the beauty of the natural world but about food security—and specifically what role urban agriculture can play in food security.

To learn more about their vision and to spark our own imaginations, Agave Farms invites us to a brunch at Grace on Sunday, January 12 at 9:45 am in Hope Hall. The meal will include some of the food grown in our own backyard, and our conversation will center around how we might make better use of our land to feed ourselves and our neighbors who are hungry.
